Refund & Returns

If you are unhappy with your product within the first 14 days of your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund, providing the items are unopened, unworn, and unused.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or variation, please note that we do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, you should return the originally ordered item for a refund (subject to meeting the return requirements outlined below) and place a new order for the required size, colour, or alternative product.

We will only accept items for refund that are in security sealed packaging. Items that are in packaging that can be opened/unwrapped, such as “clam shell” packaging, will not be accepted. Any items returned that are not deemed to be security sealed will be returned to the customer.

All returns are made at the customer’s expense and must be sent tracked for the customer's security. Nice ‘n’ Naughty will not be liable for returns lost in transit.

Where items are returned faulty within 30 days of the purchase date, Nice ‘n’ Naughty will test to ensure fault, and if confirmed will refund the item, including any postage expense incurred with returning the item. For items outside this time scale, Nice 'n' Naughty will refer the fault to the supplier for testing and any decisions made will be at the discretion of the supplier.

To begin a return, please email returns@nnnretail.co.uk with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of why you wish to return the item

This is required for initial advice prior to returning your item. Once your return has been sent, please forward the tracking number so we can monitor its journey back to us.
